The VUSA Rugby & Learning Academy provides educational and sporting opportunities to young children in the Langa community. Not only is this helping them to build their confidence and physical ability, but it’s also teaching them important lessons that can be applied to their lives. By giving these children access to meals, academic support, rugby (and all the discipline and life skills that come with that) and access to new recreational activities, they can develop the passion, skills, knowledge and motivation to become successful adults.

The VUSA programme’s primary goal is to provide a hub of excellence in Langa to ensure that the challenges that the children in Langa are faced with, are addressed early on in the child's life; creating opportunities and a safe space for children to learn, play and grow.
